6 Tastes of the Sea

well 5 because we got excited about the sea urchin sushi before we
snapped the photo. on the plate from the top, clockwise: hamachi
sashimi with ginger and black bean, swordfish sashimi with preserved
lemon caviar and spicy tuna sandwich with kimchee. the double stacked
casserole holds cubed cod ceviche in the top and calamari ceviche in
the bottom.
